Supreme Champion Cato

Supreme Champion Cato

The Aristocats Club has a show during the weekend. We took the proud father Supreme Champion Cato along and thus giving him a chance to escape the nursery at home. Cato is sometimes a bit annoyed as the busy mother and her three kittens are somewhat demanding. The kittens attack him without fear – or any respect. He then gently tells them off and rolls them over and licks their tummy!

We expect Ocicat kittens early May 2011 Monday, May 2 2011

We expect Ocicats kitten early May 2011. Supreme Champion Cato is the father and the mother is Grand International Champion Ylva Lorena – see the picture below. If you are interested in a Ocicat kitten, then send us an email, phone us or call to see the parents – of course without any obligations.

She is due in less than a week. You can read more about it on our website

Our next show is in Market Deeping, 11-12 June Thursday, Mar 31 2011

Unfortunately the show in Tidworth was cancelled but we look forward to the next FIFe show with The Aristocats Club.

It is difficult to follow up on the success from the last show where our ocicat Cato won BIS (Best in Show) as well as BOB (Overall best cat) but we will try.

Market Deeping is not far from where we live though I am sure that Cato will disagree.

If you have not seen Cato then do come and visit us on the show. If you are a cat breeder yourself then you can still enter. You’ll find all the details here. If you have not shown with FIFe before then there will be ample help at the show – or you can just ask me! The show is arranged by The Aristocats Club. We hope that Cato is soon to be a father, please see more on our homepage http://www.ocicat.dk.

I look forward to the show and to meet you.

The Viking Cat Club’s Show in Rugby Wednesday, Dec 29 2010

In the weekend my wife and I went to The Viking Cat Club’s Show in Rugby. The check-in started at 7:30 AM. According to our GPS it would take us 2½ hours to get there from our home. Having packed everything and stowed it into the back we went into the house to get our two ocicats Cato and Ylva Lorena. Cato already knew that something was going to happen – a show was waiting for him. Ylva was a bit more hesitant. They went into their separate pen and were placed safely on the back seat. (more…)

Our First Visit to a FIFe Show in the UK Monday, Oct 4 2010

On October 3rd I went to see a FIFe show in the UK. It was arranged by The Maine Coon Guild. The show was just 26 miles (approx. 40 km) from where we live currently. As it often is the case the show took place in a leisure centre.
